A Mobile Shopping Assistant

Modern technology has changed the way we shop, the majority of purchases of grocery, fashion and electrical goods are online.

The WindowShopper mobile app has been designed to give users a better shopping experience when shopping in stores whether it is their local shopping centre or retail park. WindowShopper uses QR code scanning technology that reads the QR barcode from product price tags and uploads product information such as; description, customer reviews and similar products which informs the mobile user about a specific product that they are interested in.

WindowShopper includes a social media platform which enables the user to follow popular companies and brands of interest as well as peers who use the mobile app. Users can interact with others, share posts on items recently purchased, leave reviews, and keep up to date on the latest products.

WindowShopper is a gateway to bridging the gap between online and offline shopping. The key goal is to ensure both parties, the user and the company, are satisfied with the activity of potential purchases.
